3. 法律依据与同意

我们依据新加坡《个人数据保护法》（PDPA）与马来西亚 PDPA 处理你的个人数据。你可以随时撤回同意；撤回不影响撤回前基于同意进行的处理合法性。

4. 数据共享

我们不出售你的个人数据。仅在以下情形共享：支付处理机构（Stripe 及本地钱包）、你授权的消息推送渠道（WhatsApp / Telegram）、法律要求。

5. 存储与安全

数据传输与存储采用 TLS 加密；出生数据可选择本地计算（仅存于你的浏览器）。数据保存于新加坡区域，保留至账户注销或你要求删除。

6. 你的权利

访问与更正：个人中心随时查看与修改；
删除：个人中心「删除我的数据」，30 天内彻底清除；
导出：一键导出 JSON 数据副本；
投诉：可向新加坡 PDPC / 马来西亚 JPDP 投诉。

Account data: display name, email (on signup or subscription).
Birth data: name, gender, date / time / place of birth, time zone (used for chart calculation).
Usage data: page views, feature clicks, device and approximate region (with consent).

2. How We Use It

Generate and update your chart, daily fortune and reports;
Power AI Master conversations and personalization;
Process subscriptions, payments and refunds;
Product analytics and marketing attribution (with consent).

3. Legal Basis & Consent

We process personal data under Singapore's PDPA and Malaysia's PDPA. You may withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

4. Data Sharing

We never sell your personal data. Sharing is limited to: payment processors (Stripe and local wallets), messaging channels you authorize (WhatsApp / Telegram), and legal requirements.

5. Storage & Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest (TLS). Birth data can be computed locally (browser-only). Data is stored in the Singapore region and retained until account deletion or your request.

6. Your Rights

Access & correct: view and edit anytime in Account;
Delete: "Delete my data" in Account — purged within 30 days;
Export: one-click JSON copy of your data;
Complaint: you may lodge with Singapore's PDPC / Malaysia's JPDP.

你需对账户活动负责，并确保注册信息真实。免费排盘无需账户；订阅需要账户以管理权益。

3. 订阅与付款

订阅价格以结算页显示币种为准（SGD / MYR）。付款成功即开通对应权益。价格为含税价，可能随促销调整。

4. 自动续费与取消

订阅默认自动续费，续费前 3 天发送提醒。你可在个人中心随时取消，取消后权益持续至当前周期结束。

5. 退款

首次购买享 7 天无理由退款（详见退款政策）。代币已消耗部分不予退还。

6. 知识产权

站内设计、文案、算法与生成内容归 FateLens AI 所有。你可分享带品牌水印的卡片，但不得转售或批量抓取。

7. 免责与责任限制

服务按"现状"提供。在法律允许范围内，我们对间接损失不承担责任；总责任不超过你最近 12 个月支付的费用。

8. 争议解决

受新加坡法律管辖（马来西亚用户可选择马来西亚法律）。争议优先友好协商，协商不成提交有管辖权的法院。

9. 条款变更

重大变更提前 14 天通知；继续使用视为接受。

FateLens AI provides entertainment readings based on metaphysical models and AI. Nothing here is medical, psychological, legal, financial or other professional advice. Consult licensed professionals for major decisions.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your account and must provide accurate details. Free charts need no account; subscriptions do, to manage entitlements.

3. Subscription & Payment

Prices are shown in your checkout currency (SGD / MYR). Entitlements activate on successful payment. Prices are tax-inclusive and may change with promotions.

4. Auto-Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions auto-renew with a reminder 3 days before each cycle. Cancel anytime in Account; access continues until the period ends.

5. Refunds

First purchases enjoy a 7-day money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy). Consumed tokens are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

Design, copy, algorithms and generated content belong to FateLens AI. You may share watermarked cards but may not resell or bulk-scrape.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages; total liability is capped at fees paid in the last 12 months.

8. Disputes

Governed by Singapore law (Malaysian users may elect Malaysian law). Disputes are resolved amicably first, then by competent courts.

9. Changes

Material changes are announced 14 days ahead; continued use constitutes acceptance.

处理时效

审核通过后 5–10 个工作日退回原支付渠道（银行卡 / 钱包可能因银行处理而延长）。

例外情况

已消耗的代币（AI 对话、报告生成等）按比例扣除；
续费订单（非首次）在未使用且距续费 48 小时内可退；
违反服务条款导致的账户封禁不予退款。

支付失败

扣款失败时权益将保留 3 天，我们会通过邮件 / WhatsApp 提醒你更新支付方式。

Processing Time

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval (banks may take longer).

Exceptions

Consumed tokens (AI chats, report generation) are deducted pro-rata;
Renewal orders (not first purchase) are refundable within 48 hours if unused;
Accounts banned for Terms violations are non-refundable.

Failed Payments

If a charge fails, entitlements are held for 3 days while we nudge you via email / WhatsApp to update your method.
